London City 12/02/16

Post by Stacker » Sun Feb 14, 2016 7:47 pm

Well having been called to London for a meeting and after the meeting I headed to LCY for a few hours. This turned into and hour and half as it was a bit on the blowy and nippy side so I chickened out and headed back home.

Not a bad visit, not many new frames but a few reasonable shots under grey skies.

Anyway here goes with a selection, there are just over 70 on my Flickr page if you don't get too bored with this bunch.

Cheers

Kev

that's a nice set Kev. It's nice to see them from the north side, I've not tried that side yet myself.
Agree re the first Skywork as well, it's colours work well in that light and like some of the others a well managed bit of background blur to emphasise the movement. The only one for me that doesn't work very well is the Flybe - it seems to get lost in the background a bit which is surprising considering it's colour!

i've had a look at your album (all 72!) and there are some more nice ones there, the wider angle ones with the London scenery are worth a look for anybody who is interested.

thanks for posting them and hope you didn't get too cold
well done
