Desert for Dessert, Old Warden in the Sunshine

A few photos from an excellent day at Old Warden for the Season Premiere. Whilst the winds may mean we have to wait a little longer for the DH.71 Tiger Moth's debut and a few other based aircraft weren't able to display, the visitors were superb - the Desert Spitfire at the end of the display being a particular highlight.

After a rather long wait, DH.83 Fox Moth "ZK-AGM"/G-CIPJ eventually departed for home. Having not seen this aircraft for a couple of years, it was a pleasant surprise to see parked up with the other visitors...
