Civilian Aviation

It was mentioned in the latest LAAS magazine that the September date for the LAA rally has been removed from the UK Air Calendar- after viewing the same I can confirm that it is correct- whether or not they have found it difficult to get a venue. There was some suggestion for a July date. Hope they do find something for this year or maybe it will be another Grass Roots event. Fingers crossed.

Well as predicted the National Rally is not happening but instead as last year it is returning for the second year running to Popham for another Grass Roots Event between:-

FRIDAY 18th AUGUST till SUNDAY 20th AUGUST 2023

Better than nothing I suppose. Last years wasn't bad but the weather scuppered it a bit- one to think about.
