Monday saw a couple of civilian airliners at RAF Lakenheath in support of a deployment Stateside. Despite being on runway 06 (I had hoped for 24 to get ground-taxi shots) I was pleased with the results from the viewing area. Unfortunately the clouds had rolled in for the 747's departure.

Shame they went out the other way still very good shots though, timed well with the wheels still going in on the 767 :clap:

Bet they sounded great though at that point!!
