Civilian Aviation

On Sunday I set off with a friend on a tour of western Cambridgeshire visiting Little Gransden where an aerobatic competition was in progress, Gransden Lodge for some gliding activity and finally Fowlmere, here's some pics from the first venue, Lt Gransden.

You timed that right Andy, with all those colourful aerobatic types.

Wonderful mix of types and colours in glorious weather.

thanks for the comments everybody, re the aerobatic types - when I contacted Fowlmere to ask for permission to visit they said some of their aircraft would be at Little Gransden so there wouldn't be the usual number around but it did increase the interest for me at Little Gransden and helped with the planning of my day.
