the forecast looked reasonable for the first time in a while so I decided to get a 'fix' of aviation to calm my withdrawal symptoms. It was noticeably quiet and I get that's the same everywhere at present.
Here are my meagre results, hopefully I will get out again soon....
Jet2 seemed to be quite busy, I assume they are repatriating passengers who were abroad when they cancelled their service to Spain and the Canaries

noticeably fewer Ryanair flights, I was supposed to be going to Italy this coming Friday but Ryanair cancelled my flight 2 weeks ago
EI-EBO B.737 Ryanair Stansted 16-03-2020 4541a by Andrew Goldsmith, on Flickr
cargo flights are still fairly active, they seem to be largely unaffected by the virus controls, I missed the China southern by a few minutes but saw the Qatar flight depart to Milan
A7-BFM B.777 Qatar Cargo Stansted 16-03-2020 4536a by Andrew Goldsmith, on Flickr
Air India are still operating their normal schedules and got this one on the turn...
VT-ANM B.787 Air India Stansted 16-03-2020 4570a by Andrew Goldsmith, on Flickr
and a couple of biz to finish with, firstly a PC-24 HB-VVA which made my life difficult by dodging in and out of the clouds
HB-VVA PC.24 Stansted 16-03-2020 4635a by Andrew Goldsmith, on Flickr
and a Gulfstream 550 which followed it a few minutes later but was more fortunate with the cloud cover...
N585DW G.550 Stansted 16-03-2020 4650a by Andrew Goldsmith, on Flickr
I've not seen it this quiet since the ash cloud problems in 2010 but that didn't affect the airlines anything like this, once the ash disappeared they soon got back to normal but I fear this will take a lot longer
thanks for looking C&C welcome
Andy
