Airlander Outside - Cardington (UPDATED with First Flight)

Gave in to the rumours that Airlander would fly on Wednesday evening and cycled down for a look. Glad I did as it eventually went up for it's first flight. Light wasn't great by the time it went up, but was in the right place to ge the Cardington Hangars in the background.

Brilliant pictures! Even though I personally think it looks a tad silly.

I like the last shot as the person in the hi-viz helps to scale how big it actually is

yeah, that's why I included that one. It's really difficult to get any sense of scale otherwise.
