Great set, I've never seen shots from STN from your location, where abouts were you if you don't mind me asking?

It's an excellent spot for morning movements as they either taxi in or out. Unfortunately it is normally out of bounds as it's in a BAA restricted area on the south side. It's the only time I've been there and was thanks to the airport police who had a Stansted Police Plane watch day to brief the local members re the plans for the olympics with a few requests for dos and don'ts during that time, after that they took us round to this site for about 3 hours - something thay normally do when they hold these days once or twice a year but as I've only recently joined the scheme it was my first visit there.

Several airports operate these schemes and got to say that the police who run the stansted one do as much as they possibly can to help the enthusiasts and just ask us to keep our eyes open for anything suspicious, to show common sense and to obey the rules in return - if there's one at your local then it's worth signing up to
