Spoke to someone who worked at Woodford and he said possibly RJX and maybe the unbuilt sections of E2396.
The vertical spars in the front windows will be a transit frame to stop the flimsy section bending out of shape. even a tiny deviation can cause havoc if the window doesn't fit just right.

Any ideas? The shape and the 2 spars that run to the bottom look like a BAe 146 family aircraft when compared to drawings/plans. I'm unsure about the bars behind the main windshield though.
